ABOUT ME
I am an M.D./M.Eng. candidate at Texas A&M Engineering Medicine (EnMed) and Houston Methodist Hospital. I was a Thoracic Surgery Scholar at Massachusetts General Hospital - Harvard Medical School. I received my B.S. in biomedical engineering with a focus on biomaterials and regenerative medicine from the UT Cockrell School of Engineering.
I have corporate experience in medical/surgical device design, development, and strategy at Becton Dickinson (C.R. Bard) and ConvaTec. I was a clinical research associate at Medpace, where I helped manage clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. I was a visiting student at Cambridge University and was nominated for the Goldwater Scholarship, which recognizes academic and research excellence.
I am a student member of the American College of Surgeons and the Association for Academic Surgery. I volunteered at Ascension Seton Medical Center and held membership in the Global Surgery Student Alliance. I am interested in opportunities at the intersection of bioengineering, business strategy, and medicine.
